What is your policy for holds and cancellation?At T1 Performance we want to make holds and cancellations as stress free as possible. For cancellations we require 30-days notice as well as your reasoning for your decision. For all holds we require the definitive dates you want to request the hold for. ALL holds and cancellations must be communicated via email.

Can I still receive a training program if I am injured/ managing an injury?Yes! T1 Performance offers personalised rehabilitation training programs designed to support recovery and long-term strength. Each program is tailored to the client’s specific injury, needs, and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are experienced in injury management and will create a structured plan to safely strengthen affected areas while helping you stay active and progress confidently.

Do you offer one on one coaching?Our Perform Ultra membership is designed for those who want a fully personalised training experience. It includes: A weekly 45-minute personal training session Customised training programs tailored to your goals Nutrition guides to support your progress Three weekly recovery sessions (sauna, compression boots, etc.) Direct communication with your coach for ongoing support and adjustments It’s the ultimate all-in-one package to fast-track your results and keep you accountable every step of the way.

What is included in your online coaching?Online coaching is included with both our Perform Plus and Perform Ultra memberships, giving you the flexibility and support to stay on track from anywhere. These memberships include: Customised training programs designed around your goals and lifestyle Tailored nutrition guides to support performance and fat loss Direct communication with your coach for ongoing guidance and accountability Plus, all the added benefits of your membership, including recovery access and gym use It’s a complete coaching experience—wherever you are.

Who can access the recovery options?Our sauna and compression boot recovery services are available to all members and the general public. Casual sessions are $20 for non-members. Members enjoy free access, except those on the Perform Basic membership, who pay just $10 per session.

What recovery options do you offer?At T1 Performance, we offer recovery services to help you train harder and bounce back faster: Infrared Sauna – Reduce muscle soreness, boost circulation, and relax. Compression Boots – Speed up recovery and reduce swelling after intense sessions. In-House Osteopath – Get expert treatment for injuries, mobility, or general tune-ups. Many of our memberships include recovery access, so you can stay consistent, avoid burnout, and feel your best—all in one place. Sauna and compression boot options can be booked via our website within select availabilities.
