  • What are your staffed hours?
    Our staffed hours are ; Monday-Thursday ; 10am - 2pm | 4pm - 8pm Friday; 10am-6pm Saturday; 9am - 1pm Sunday; Unstaffed
  • What benefit does having a program provide?
    Having our personal trainers write a program or conduct sessions with you offers the tailored expertise needed to reach your fitness goals efficiently and safely. They create customised workout plans based on your needs, provide expert guidance on form and technique, and keep you motivated and accountable throughout your fitness journey. With their support, you can prevent injuries, stay engaged with varied workouts, and receive valuable nutritional advice that complements your exercise routine. Ultimately, working with a personal trainer enhances your overall fitness experience and helps you achieve sustainable, long-term results.
  • What is your policy for holds and cancellation?
    At T1 Performance we want to make holds and cancellations as stress free as possible. For cancellations we require 30-days notice as well as your reasoning for your decision. For all holds we require the definitive dates you want to request the hold for. ALL holds and cancellations must be communicated via email.
  • How do I get started?
    Getting started is easy! You can sign up online, visit our gym in person, or schedule a free consultation with one of our receptionists to discuss your fitness goals and find the best membership option for you.
